Boulderinghalls.com is a directory of indoor bouldering halls offering opening hours, pricing, and human-written editorial descriptions. The Platform allows visitors to browse halls, submit halls or hall corrections, and (where enabled) leave ratings, comments, or bookmarks.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Hall Submissions

4.1 Submission Requirements

When submitting halls to our Platform, you must:

Provide accurate and complete hall information
Not submit halls with fabricated, misleading, or false information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion. Submissions may be rejected for reasons including inappropriate content, misleading information, or violation of our guidelines.

5. Editorial Liability

All editorial content on hall pages follows internal style-guide guardrails: specifics over vibes, no head-to-head ranking, fair criticism, consistent voice. Factual claims contested by a hall owner are verified and corrected within 7 days of receipt. Opinions and stylistic descriptions stand.

6. Nominative Fair Use

Hall names, brand names, and identifying logos appearing on this Platform are used as nominative fair use to describe the halls being listed. No endorsement or affiliation is implied. Hall logos are used only on the corresponding hall's page and not in Boulderinghalls.com's own branding.

7. Photo Provenance

Cover and gallery photos must have documented sources. Submitter-uploaded photos grant Boulderinghalls.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them post-publication. Public user-uploaded gallery photos are not accepted in this version (admin-only). If you believe a photo on this Platform infringes your rights, contact privacy@boulderinghalls.com.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Paid Placements

Sponsored placements and promotional features are available at the pricing described on the promotion page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

8.2 Refund Policy

We offer refunds for paid services where we are unable to deliver the promised service due to technical problems on our end, or where the service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe. To request a refund, contact support@boulderinghalls.com with your payment details.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in content you submit. By submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of our services.

9.2 Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Boulderinghalls.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform:

For any unlawful purpose
